My Signature method was created after I felt like I tried all the existing fitness modalities out there and could not find anything. So I created something I could finally stick to, and now get to share it with so many others.

JABS

If you like moving to the beat, this one’s for you. Choreographed cardio-sculpt with a splash of boxing to activate our fast-twitch muscle fibers (and feel powerful of course), combined with pilates-inspired movements timed up to the beat. Moving to the beat keeps us accountable on even the toughest reps to keep going. All moves are very carefully timed and designed to be performed at a specific tempo in order to keep the intended muscles under tension for a specific amount of time. Gina’s Signature Workout is where engaging-meets-effective.

  • The method blends low-impact cardio to improve both the muscular system and cardiovascular system at the same time, but the most important element is fun.
  • Signature will make you fall in love with working out again, as it is something that feels more like a hobby than a chore, almost serving the role of playing the sport you played growing up

Pilates Sculpt

Pilates Sculpt is a fun and energizing full-body workout that mixes Pilates-inspired moves with strength exercises to help you feel strong, toned, and balanced. In this class, you’ll work on building core strength and flexibility while sculpting your muscles with dumbbells, ankle weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises.

Yoga Flow & Yoga Sculpt

Slow down and connect with your body and your inner self amidst all the travel, excitement, and nonstop energy that living abroad brings to your life. It’s an exciting shift, being abroad, but nonetheless, the shift on your body and mind can be profound. The purpose of our Power Vinyasa Flow & Yoga Sculpt formats is to bring the power back to you.
