Our Signature method, JABS, was created after Gina felt like no fitness modality spoke to her. So she created something meant to be so fun you forget about the burn.

Ciao! I'm Gina. I began my fitness journey post-college. I was always someone who really struggled with motivation and fitness, which turned into a tough combination once you throw some  mental health struggles into the mix. I was feeling very down about my life, my career, just overall purposeless in life and my parents urged me to go to the gym to feel better. I had tried to many times before but usually on my own, and one day I went to my first workout class - at Equinox in New York. While I felt like the weakest one in the room, I felt supported, I felt energized, and most of all I felt inspired by others and the environment around me.

Long story short, I quit my corporate job without another job lined up; I was still in a dark time and fitness was my only light. I developed a lot of skill and one of my instructors encouraged me to get my training certification while I had the free time between jobs. I began the process and meanwhile found another corporate job to take on. I had nothing to lose so I went for it. Fast forward about a year, I had developed my own fitness method (the one I teach here in Florence) and my program and my method was adopted by Equinox and taught throughout their NYC clubs.

Ciao! I’m Greta. I am from Pennsylvania (east coast girl at heart)! I began my fitness journey a long time ago, when I was a child, really. My parents threw me on a pair of skis when I could walk and there it started. My love for moving my body and allowing myself to feel free, alive and healthy became something I never imagined not having. I continued my fitness journey through not only skiing but other sports as well. I was introduced to yoga and pilates by my Mom who is a pilatses instructor. I can still remember taking children’s yoga taught by my Mom on my mini yellow mat. To this day, yoga has always stuck with me.

I continued my practice and eventually went on to get my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification in 2020 through Yoga Alliance. I just recently began teaching yoga in Florence when I moved here in July of 2023 and met Gina. I love to sweat, work hard, move my body and feel like I accomplished something within myself - whether that is physically or mentally. I want you to move your body in a way that feels good for you and I want you to leave class feeling like a better version of yourself. I love to teach because I not only become a better version of myself but I allow that space for others too. To me, nothing is better than being in a safe space with a group of humans, moving your body, sharing breath and encouraging each other, all leaving feeling like a better version of yourself. Lily

Ciao! I'm Lily. I'm originally from sunny Florida, and my fitness journey began with classical ballet at age 7. Alongside dance, I discovered my love for pilates, which helped me strengthen and lengthen muscles essential for dancer health.

After many years of training, including summers at Boston Ballet and earning a BFA in Contemporary Dance from the Boston Conservatory, I eventually transitioned from dance to pursue my pilates certification with Power Pilates. My method blends contemporary pilates with traditional strength training, creating fun and intense workouts. Outside of teaching, I love exploring Florence, traveling, cooking, and reading (fav genre: historical fiction).

I couldn't be more excited to be a part of this powerful team here in Florence. What I love most about teaching is that it allows me to bring my joy of movement to others- seeing you smile while we move is the best feeling ever.
